What You'll Be Doing

As a Civil Engineer, you'll play an important role in supporting project execution from planning through construction by:

• Assisting with civil site design reviews, including grading, drainage, and stormwater management plans
• Preparing and validating engineering calculations related to site development and environmental compliance
• Reviewing structural components such as foundations, steel systems, and related design elements
• Evaluating vendor submittals and third-party engineering documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Supporting preconstruction efforts, including quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposal development
• Participating in occasional site visits to support project execution and field coordination

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2-5 years of civil/structural design experience within infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, or heavy industrial industries preferred
• Experience with civil site development, grading, drainage, foundations, or stormwater management
• Understanding of structural engineering principles, load analysis, and construction materials such as steel and concrete
• Experience reviewing engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and vendor submittals
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Micro Station, Revit, Procore, PVSyst, Microsoft Office preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, project-driven environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project and site visits
