The Strategic Systems Engineering Test Equipment group seeks a Senior Test Equipment Development Engineer to develop and manage complex electrical, mechanical and software‑based test equipment throughout the full system lifecycle. You will serve as a lead system integrator, designing, developing and managing integration and test activities from early concept through system certification.

• Own assignments and guide others, leading tasks while tracking priorities, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Develop plans, approaches, and procedures to solve complex integration and test problems across a program lifecycle.
• Produce high‑quality technical reports and presentations tailored to the intended audience.
• Present technical information confidently in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify program‑level technical risks and execute mitigation strategies.
• Mentor less experienced engineers, providing constructive feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.

5‑7 years in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
