• Contract setup, submittals, assisting with the bid package process, change orders, and scheduling of the project.
• Work on-site within the Project Management Team, adapting to the size and complexity of the projects.
• Strong communication and client service skills, and the ability to work as a flexible team‑player.

• 1‑3 years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on contract notification provisions.
• 1‑3 years of reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications, and outlining specifications required for client submissions.
• 1‑3 years experience with project close‑out.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
