Estimator
If you are an Estimator, who can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget and that surpass expectations, let's talk.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies. You will do so by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data.
Estimator
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the client from Pre Con through turnover
- Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy
- Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
- Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
- Gather, update, and review historical cost data
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience estimating projects or relevant field experience
- Civil Industry Experience (ie Road, Bridge, Utilities, Site) a MUST!
- Proficient with HCSS, MS Project, MS Office
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, owner documents, and construction codes
- Must be local or have work experience in New England.
