BR+A is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Engineer to join our talented team at our headquarters in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience, an engineering degree, be a registered Professional Engineer, and possess the following abilities:
- Experience designing of Plumbing systems for Healthcare and Higher Education projects
- Proficient in Auto CAD and Revit
- Experience in specification writing
- Performs field verification and take-offs of existing systems for renovation projects
- Coordinates with other disciplines
- Develops calculations for Plumbing/FP systems
- Thorough knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing code, model codes and NFPA
- Strongly motivated, well organized, shows professional initiative
- Takes ownership of assignments, works both independently and as part of the project team
- Capable of meeting and working with clients and owners
- Possesses excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good understanding of engineering concepts, design, and spatial requirements
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Positive attitude, results-driven and team-oriented
- Able to think three-dimensionally
- Able to manage time to meet deadlines
Position requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- PE License
- 10-20 years of related experience

Salary Range for 10-20 years of experience: $120,000 - $180,000
