Senior Electrical Engineer

Are you ready to join a cutting-edge Series A company and help revolutionize the automotive robotics space? Our client's team of experienced automotive professionals with deep relationships and a distribution network across the U.S. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to help define the future of autonomous vehicles!

In this role, you will design image and signal processing systems for vision and sensors, acquiring and logging a large amount of high-speed data from many sensors, and sampling, filtering, and transforming that data as needed to help an autonomous system make decisions. You will also design control boxes, cable harnesses, and electrical enclosures for a motion platform, housing power supplies, DAQs, additional wire harnesses, motor controllers, sensor packages, and more.

With a minimum of 7 years of applicable professional experience in the robotics or automation industry and a BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred), you have the skills to design, wire, and integrate data acquisition systems, process robotic vision and sensor systems, and design efficient power distribution for a wide range of hardware. Your experience designing electrical control boxes for motion control applications and cable harnesses and enclosures, including thermal analysis, is essential.

Even better, if you have set up Electrical CAD systems for the design and production of machines for teams in the past, you're a great fit! Bonus points if you know how to set up the wiring number and BOM automation in your favorite CAD packages and have built and released BOMs for many machines. You're comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders to update and redline prints to continuously enable better systems.

Don't miss this opportunity to be part of something truly amazing. Join our client's team and help them revolutionize the automotive robotics space!
