We’re working with a stealth, well‑funded startup building software‑defined foundries combining casting expertise, automation, and AI to modernize how aerospace & defense components are made in the U.S.
They’re looking for a Senior Foundry Engineer who understands the why behind:
- Nickel / superalloy casting
- Defects (porosity, shrinkage, cracking)
- Process control & yield
This isn’t about maintaining a process.
It’s about rebuilding it from first principles
Turning expertise into software & automation
Owning the full process: melt → cast → flight‑ready hardware
$115K–$140K + meaningful equity + Full Relocation Package + Sign on Bonus
