Position Summary

EBI is seeking a full‑time Program Manager/ESA Reviewer to conduct due diligence services. The successful candidate will conduct quality control reviews of technical report deliverables including, but not limited to, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), Regulatory Database Search Reports and/or Record Search Risk Assessments (RSRAs). In addition, client management of technical assessment outcomes is a primary responsibility of this position, including routine communication and consulting with internal and external clientele.

This position reports directly to the Technical Director and can be either a work‑from‑home or in‑office arrangement, depending on location. Candidates in New England will be given priority for travel requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete QC reviews of technical report deliverables
  • Communicate outcomes with internal and external clientele
  • Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation (draft/final reports, etc.)
  • Travel on short notice (one week or less) when required
Qualifications and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in environmental science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting
  • Must meet ASTM E1527 qualifications as an Environmental Professional (EP)
  • Asbestos Inspector and Lead Inspector certifications preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently
  • Clear communication skills in person, by phone, and by email
  • Excellent technical report writing skills preferred
  • Ability to travel to remote locations by all modes of transportation

The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $85,000 – $100,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable U.S. locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
