Engineer - Civil

Responsibilities

Requirements and position responsibilities include:

• Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management
• Business development activities and assignments concentrated in a specific target area
• Project client interface
• Financial management of projects
• Working with the team to set goals to meet business objectives
• City of Austin and/or Travis County design process experience required

• PE in Texas
• BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
• 3-6 years of relevant project experience
• Experience managing civil/site development projects
• Experience leading the civil design efforts forpublic works or site development projects
• Sound technical design background
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standards
• Related local experience preferred
