- Perform Revit/AutoCAD system engineering
- Design and plan mechanical system design and layouts under the direction of a lead engineer
- Have a thorough understanding of mechanical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling
- Prepare project deliverables with attention to detail
- Read plans and specifications, edit/write specifications, and understand other disciplines
- Apply building codes, industry standards, and mechanical engineering design principles
- Perform engineering calculations and equipment selection based on calculated load requirements
- Interact with clients and other project team members
- Support the project lead in developing estimates of probable construction costs
- Contribute to site visits and prepare reports
- Implement the project quality management plan (QMP)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years of mechanical engineering experience or equivalent
- Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and engineering concepts and strong communication skills
- Understanding of all project phases
- Problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Delegation skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Revit/AutoCAD
Hiring Base Salary Range: $86,400–$105,500 per year
Eligible for time and a half overtime pay
