Carrier is seeking a Lead Field Engineer in Massachusetts to oversee the commissioning of building automation systems tailored for individual customers. This role requires a self-motivated individual with over 6 years of experience in HVAC or building automation, capable of addressing complex challenges and training junior engineers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting systems, ensuring proper operation, and providing training to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, and experience with advanced building automation software is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a valid Driver’s License are essential.
