Overview

Saul Ewing is seeking an exceptional Patent Agent to join our growing intellectual property team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as Patent Agent and at least an undergraduate degree, preferably an advanced degree, in electrical or computer engineering. Candidates should have technical experience in telecommunications, electronic circuit design, signal processing, computer engineering, and/or software. A strong academic background and excellent writing and communication skills are essential for this role.

Candidates must be admitted to practice before the USPTO.

Anticipated pay range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Patent Agent
• Undergraduate degree in electrical or computer engineering; an advanced degree is preferred
• Technical experience in telecommunications, electronic circuit design, signal processing, computer engineering, or software
• Strong academic background and excellent writing and communication skills
• Admitted to practice before the USPTO
• Preference for candidates available for roles in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, or Washington DC
• Compensation range: $140,000 - $180,000
