Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Patent Agent to join their intellectual property team in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, or Washington DC. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Patent Agent and a degree in electrical or computer engineering.
Duties- Assist in preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
- Conduct technical research and analysis.
- Collaborate with attorneys on intellectual property matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Patent Agent.
- Technical experience in telecommunications, electronic circuit design, signal processing, computer engineering, and/or software.
- Admitted to practice before the USPTO.
Undergraduate degree in electrical or computer engineering; advanced degree preferred.
CertificationsUSPTO registration.
