Position:
Entry‑Level Civil Engineer (Transportation Business Line) – Boston, MA.

This role focuses on supporting highway and roadway geometric design for State DOTs under supervision of an experienced engineer.

• Build analytic and design skills.
• Conduct engineering design for State DOTs, performing highway and roadway geometric design.
• Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under supervision.
• Collect and analyze data under supervision.
• Use computer software such as Autodesk Civil3D and Bentley Open Roads to solve basic engineering problems.
• Perform work in accordance with agreed‑upon budget and schedule under supervision.

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred Qualifications: Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) designation; capable of using spreadsheet, word processing, and standard office software; basic knowledge of industry standard computer software (e.g., AutoCAD, Micro Station, STAAD, Math Cad); team‑oriented with strong communication skills.

• Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 per year, based on education, qualifications, experience, and location.
