Role Highlights- Analyse client operations to identify bottlenecks and performance gaps
- Implement sustainable process improvements across production lines
- Collaborate with front-line teams to deliver tangible, lasting outcomes
- Manage projects from diagnostics through to results delivery
- Travel Mon–Thurs to client sites across the US
- Top-tier degree in a technical engineering field, physical sciences, or mathematics
- 1-4 years of relevant manufacturing industry experience
- Process engineering experience is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Strong communication and influencing ability
- Motivation to learn fast and lead change from day one
- Right to work in the US without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to travel regularly
- $120,000–$170,000 first year compensation + all travel, accommodation etc costs covered
- 25 days PTO plus additional sick leave
