Responsibilities
  • Preparing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system designs for complex building projects
  • Performing engineering calculations, load analysis, and detailed design documentation across all project phases
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and architectural teams throughout the design process
  • Supporting energy analysis efforts and implementing sustainable, high-performance design strategies
  • Conducting site surveys and assisting with construction administration activities including RFIs and submittal reviews
  • Preparing technical reports, narratives, and supporting project documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for complex building projects
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and interest in sustainable building design and professional growth
  • PE license, EIT/FE certification, LEED accreditation, or energy modeling experience are a plus
