Senior Packaging Engineer

We are looking for a Sr. Packaging Engineer with experience in packaging design, materials selection, testing, and optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing packaging solutions for robotic systems and components while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging solutions for robotic products and components using Solid Works and AutoCAD.
• Conduct packaging testing to ensure product integrity during shipping, handling, and storage.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product requirements and regulatory standards.
• Select and optimize packaging materials to improve product protection, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
• Develop and maintain packaging specifications, drawings, documentation, and related design records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related issues during production, transportation, and delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with packaging design, material selection, and packaging testing.
• Proficiency in Solid Works and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of packaging standards and regulations, particularly for robotics and electronics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
