We are seeking an experienced Signal Integrity and power Integrity (SI/PI) Expert & Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously optimize advanced training programs for our internal engineering teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level electromagnetic theory and real-world high-speed hardware design. You will upskill our PCB designers, package designers, and hardware engineers in 3D EM simulation, stackup optimization, and PDN design to proper design analysis.
Job Description- Curriculum Development & Instructional Design:
Design comprehensive training modules for foundational, intermediate, and advanced engineering levels (spanning SI and PI). - Create learning exercises for participants and lead discussions covering time-domain/frequency-domain analysis, crosstalk, jitter, S-parameters, and PDN impedance targets.
- Guide engineers through simulation workflows using industry standard EDA tools.
- Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field. - Technical Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on industry experience specializing in Signal Integrity or High-Speed Hardware Design in harsh environments.

SalaryThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $15.00 - $225.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement’s approved rates by location and role. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and does not include bonuses or benefits.
