Teradar is building terahertz imaging radar for automotive perception. We seek an engineer to own test for a co-packaged multi-die module, including wafer probe, ATE development, and production qualification under automotive temperature and reliability requirements.
You will define test strategies, bring up prober and test hardware, manage OSATs and test houses, and drive DFT-driven production readiness from first silicon to mass production.
