Preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) licence or the ability to obtain licensure in the near future.
- Experience delivering healthcare, life sciences, laboratory, higher education, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable building design, energy-efficient systems, and decarbonisation strategies.
- Previous experience mentoring engineers and leading project teams.
What's on Offer
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
- Opportunities to lead high-profile projects across the Greater Boston region.
- A collaborative and supportive working environment with a strong focus on professional development.
- Clear opportunities for career progression into Principal or Associate-level roles.
