Senior System Integration Engineer

Viridan Group is partnered with a well‑funded building technology firm in their search for a Systems Integration Engineer. Their HVAC automation platform improves performance and reduces energy use for multi‑family and commercial properties.

They need a technically minded building systems professional to lead deployments in the Boston area. This role will blend project management and technical proficiency to bring new sites online and ensure that building systems are configured, tested, and handed off effectively.

• Lead the integration and commissioning process for new customer sites.
• Stand as the technical point of contact ensuring stakeholder, installation, and quality standards are met.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring sites are delivered on schedule and to defined technical standards.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, building staff, and internal teams to keep work streams aligned and progressing.
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with stakeholders to support smooth execution and positive customer experience.

• 5+ years of experience with controls engineering, building automation, HVAC, or MEP engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Exposure to HVAC systems, building automation, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal technical teams.
• Experience working in commercial building environments.
