Pilgrim’s is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer / Refrigeration Project Engineer to lead ammonia refrigeration projects across our sites in the United States. You will design, implement, and manage CAPEX projects, ensuring OSHA PSM compliance and coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with ammonia systems, and willingness to travel to multiple facilities to ensure safe, reliable operation and continuous improvement of process
