Infenion is seeking aPrincipal ATE Test Engineer in Boston to lead production test development for mixed-signal and power products. The role requires 15+ years of experience and hands-on work with Teradyne J750, Advantest V93K, and lab equipment in an onsite three-day-per-week setting.
The successful candidate will define test strategies, create firmware and software for test automation, and collaborate with design teams to implement Design-for-Test features to improve yield and reduce cost.
