Quotation Management Team Member

Join our Quotation Management team and play a pivotal role in winning business through technically sound, commercially competitive proposals. You'll analyze customer needs, optimize configurations, and deliver solutions that drive growth and profitability. Serve as a key partner to the U.S. Services Sales organization by delivering timely, accurate, and competitive service quotations that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Schneider Electric service offerings, products, pricing strategies, and quotation tools to effectively support the sales process.

Prepare detailed, high-quality service quotes by translating customer requirements into accurate scopes of work, pricing structures, and technical solutions. Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with Schneider Electric standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Services sellers and operations teams to validate scope, resolve technical considerations, and ensure quote completeness.

Utilize internal systems such as SE Advantage and Bridge Front Office (bFO) to manage quote requests, track opportunities, and ensure data accuracy throughout the quotation lifecycle. Support multiple concurrent opportunities while meeting defined turnaround times and maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality. Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment by working closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve strategic goals and business objectives.

creating realistic timelines that align with customer and delivery expectations Personal Productivity — intermediate level; managing multiple quotations simultaneously under tight deadlines Configuration Design — developing level; using configurators to design solutions that meet customer needs

What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience. Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical distribution products, power systems, or industrial service offerings preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into customer-focused solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn and navigate Schneider Electric systems such as SE Advantage and Bridge Front Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-based environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
