Are you an aspiring engineer passionate about inventing, developing, and delivering groundbreaking solutions? This 12-week Engineering Internship offers a chance to contribute to P&G's global success in dynamic environments, from technical centers developing the latest innovations to plants optimizing advanced engineering systems. You'll be a key member of our engineering team, collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing, working with cutting‑edge technologies, and gaining invaluable hands‑on experience on projects that matter.
What You Will Do:- Intelligent Controls & Automation (ICA):
Support design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions for process control. - Mechanical Design & Development (APS):
Apply mechanical engineering mastery to develop innovative equipment (e.g., Blades & Metals, Plastics Systems, Equipment Design). Work from modeling/analysis to hands‑on prototyping. - Converting & Packing Engineering:
Assist in refining technologies for material conversion and high-speed packaging, including packaging group projects. - Manufacturing Process Development (MPD):
Collaborate with R&D to scale up innovative processes, assist in material/format validation, optimize production lines, and support supplier management. - Instrumentation & Metrology:
Support design and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems for quality control and measurement accuracy. - Robotics Engineering:
Contribute to developing and integrating robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks. - Environmental & Civil Engineering:
Support sustainable solutions, site infrastructure, and environmental compliance projects.
- Meaningful Work & Ownership:
Lead or significantly contribute to a real engineering projects with measurable impact from Day 1. - Continuous Mentorship & Training:
Receive formal training and daily coaching from experienced engineers. to learn more about our approach to leadership & development.
