Contractors building New England’s grid are hiring Commissioning Managers for substation, transmission and battery storage projects.
You own energization: test plans, the commissioning schedule, vendor and utility coordination, and the list that stands between a built site and a live one.

The Job- Commissioning from test plan through energization and turnover
- Protection and control checkout and relay testing coordination
- Utility, integrator and vendor coordination inside outage windows
- Startup on substation, transmission or battery storage projects
- The final walk before a site goes live
You have commissioned high voltage or energy storage work. Relay and protection, electrical construction, or a testing house background all fit.
Travel across New England.
Base is $145,000 to $185,000.
