This role sits at the intersection of technical analysis

. You will help affordable housing owners reduce costs and improve building performance through Mass Save and LEAN programs.
- Conduct comprehensive energy audits & walkthroughs
- Collect field data on HVAC, DHW, and Envelope
- Design HVAC systems using HeatCAD / Wright soft
- Develop duct layouts and system sizing
- Coordinate with utility programs (Mass Save/LEAN)
- Manage subcontractors and site schedules
- Track project costs and profitability margins
- Communicate with property managers & owners

Experience3–5 years in energy auditing, HVAC, or building performance. Familiarity with Mass Save or LEAN programs is a huge plus.

Technical SkillsProficiency with HVAC design tools (HeatCAD, Wright soft) and standard office software (Excel, Project Tracking).

CertificationsBPI, HERS, or similar certifications preferred. OSHA 10/30 is a bonus.
