Senior Civil Engineer
- Utility Scale Renewables I MA I $ DOE
The Role:
As Senior Civil Engineer you will act as the civil engineering lead for a variety of wind, solar and BESS projects, support engineering leadership and providing mentoring support for junior team members. You will lean upon your industry experience to anticipate project hurdles and advise both execution and development teams on project viability.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5+ years civil engineering responsibility on large scale onshore renewable projects - can be wind, solar or storage.
- Strong design background with a clear ability to understand and interpret industry designs and specifications
- Strong AUTOCAD skills and willingness to get involved with detailed design work if and when required
- Demonstrable ability to proactively solve problems
- Great communication skills - this is a tight team so your ability to communicate and interact with various teams (engineering, execution, development etc.) will be key
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to be on project sites
Nice To Haves:
- PE license would be highly advantageous
