Brand Ambassador

Position: Brand Ambassador – Boston (MA)

We are seeking outgoing, dependable Freelance Brand Ambassadors in the Boston area to represent a premier fitness-focused fundraising event at a local Equinox club. This is a high-energy, one-day activation where you’ll help create a welcoming, seamless, and engaging experience for participants and guests.

Date: Saturday, February 28

Time: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Rate: $24/hour

• Provide a warm, enthusiastic welcome to all attendees upon arrival.
• Assist with check-in, distributing credentials, and confirming registrations.
• Offer clear, accurate directions to ride zones, rest areas, check-in points, and amenities.
• Act as an on-site information resource for schedules, event flow, and general inquiries.
• Help maintain an energetic, encouraging environment for cyclists and supporters.
• Support event operations, including signage placement, line management, and crowd flow.
• Follow the lead of on-site managers and adapt quickly to evolving event needs.

• Previous experience in events, promotions, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Confident, approachable, and professional communication style.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment for an extended shift.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the venue for most of the day.
• Must be available for the full event shift on Saturday, February 28 (6:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

• $24/hour for the duration of the event.
