As our Digital Game Artist
, you will be the visual architect of our gaming suite. You’ll be responsible for everything from the initial sketch of a character to the final deliverables. You aren’t just “drawing”; you’re building brand identities and immersive worlds within the casino ecosystem.

• Develop high-quality characters, symbols, and backgrounds that define the visual language of our digital casino games.
• Help lead the charge in developing unique themes and brand identities for new titles, ensuring each game is distinguished in our gaming suite.
• Working hand-in-hand with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Animators. You’ll be the bridge that ensures art looks great and is ready to move forward in the pipeline.
• Experience and willingness to use AI tools to facilitate delivery.
• Don’t just follow trends—set them. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new game concepts and provide innovative recommendations that align with our company’s growth goals.

• Organize and manage all design asset deliverables. You’ll ensure that customers and providers can access high-quality, spec-perfect files on time, every time.

• 2+ Years of experience working as a digital artist or similar.
• Degree in related field or equivalent casino-gaming experience.
• A portfolio showcasing versatility in digital illustration, and a keen eye for “casino-style” aesthetics (think vibrant colors, legible symbols, and high-impact visuals).

This is a Hybrid position with Monday through Thursday in our Boston office near South Station and the option of working remotely on Fridays.
