Oversee the events calendar and coordinate staffing with the Events GM, Events Manager, and Event Supervisors;
Add all events to a rolling spreadsheet and keep it up to date with event information and staff needs;
Assist with filling out the required shifts and help to manage total hours to reduce OT;
Work with TA and HR to accomplish hiring goals;
Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees
