Hire and train non-Food & Beverage premium night-of-show staff (Hosts, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Security, etc.);
Lead and manage a group of 10+ to execute premium hospitality;
Serve as main liaison between Premium Seat Sales and operations;
Conduct pre-shift premium operations meetings and assign tasks (boxes, club seats, entrance gates);
Monitor all premium locations during shows and relay post-show feedback to teams
