Job Overview

Join a premier luxury condominium community in Boston as a Part-Time Concierge Associate, serving as the first point of contact for residents and guests while delivering a polished, white-glove experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents and visitors, coordinating check-ins, supporting concierge and light administrative tasks (Word and Excel), maintaining accurate logs and records, monitoring security and access control systems, responding to emergencies per protocol, and conducting routine property patrols to ensure a safe, secure, and exceptionally maintained environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provides exceptional customer service.
  • Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out.
  • Understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.
  • Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical tasks (Word and Excel).
  • Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes.
  • Monitors and controls access to the building.
  • Resolves and follows up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary.
  • Provides general concierge services as well as administrative clerical work when needed.
  • Helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
  • Has the ability to understand and complete all required forms.
  • May be assigned other duties by supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of Condo/HOA experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Command of information system hardware/software preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

  • Comfortable with computer and peripheral use, standard and customized software applications, and usual office equipment.
  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required.
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
  • Requires standing, sitting positions for long periods, walking, and occasional climbing when necessary.
  • Handles, fingers, grasps, and lifts objects and packages; must be able to reach with hands and arms.
  • Requires working at a personal computer for extended periods and talking on the phone for extended periods.
  • Must have the ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
  • Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Board meetings.

Work is performed in a variety of environmental conditions, with exposure to outdoor temperatures, weather variations, traffic and equipment noise, vibrations, vehicle and/or chemical fumes, cleaning solvents and grease, machinery and moving parts, and dust.

Compensation

$28.00 per hour.
