Job Description
The Dartmouth Group, an Associa company, is hiring a full time Security Attendant to work 11pm-7am, Thurs.
- Mon. (off on Tues. and Wed.) for its condominium community in Boston, in the heart of Back Bay.
This community is a well-established, high-end community, where a high degree of customer service, proactive communication style, and high level of professionalism is required for success.
Daily responsibilities:- Meet and greet homeowners, residents, visitors, guests.
- Monitor the concierge front desk area.
- Review security cameras.
- Conduct walk throughs within the common areas and around the perimeter of the building.
- Receive, sort, log, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Complete daily logs and nightly reports to pass on information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Hourly pay rate: $22-$24.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in security, concierge, or front desk working at a condominium complex, single family, multifamily, hotel, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Service driven, Customer Focused, Team oriented.
- Outgoing and polite personality. Proactive and takes initiative.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make good decisions in a quick manner.
- Ability to exert physical effort in removing, replacing and transporting residents and/or guest luggage and packages in and out of vehicles.
- Ability to withstand being outdoors and exposed to all weather conditions throughout assigned shift.
