Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a 2–3-day Global Footwear Partner Stores Summit. The role involves managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring a high-quality event experience.

Part-time schedule: 32 hours/week (Mon–Thurs).

On-site presence required. Some hybrid flexibility allowed (not fully remote).

Start Date:

ASAP.

1–2 interview rounds only.

Requirements:

• Around 8 years of experience in project management, event management, or event planning.
• Strong event planning and event execution background.
• Skilled in coordinating teams, deliverables, and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills across teams and functions.
• Ability to identify risks and solve problems proactively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, short-term role with shifting priorities.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience managing large-scale events is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with consumer/retail brands is helpful but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project timelines, schedules, and dependencies.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, provide progress updates, and flag risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines.
• Track project budgets and expenses.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve issues quickly.
