Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
- Base Pay $18.00 / Hour

As a Box Office/Ticketing Agent, a typical day might include the following:
- Facilitate ticket sales
- Maintain superior customer service both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with ticket orders and account issues; request assistance from Box Office Manager if needed
- Man fast-paced Will Call window for guest list and will call pick up
- Provide accurate information on show and venue to all guests
- Promote Big Night Entertainment Group Restaurants and Venues in a positive and professional manner
- Adhere to all Big Night Live ticketing initiatives, programs, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Answer phone with prompt and courteous attitude if needed
- Other duties as assigned
This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in an entertainment venue, ticketing setting preferred
- Skilled in guest relations and cash handling
- Working knowledge of operating systems; ticket systems a plus
- Multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Tolerance of loud music
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
