Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and forward‑thinking Stage Production Technician to support live events. The role requires hands‑on technical work, coordination with the stage group, and proactive communication with production crews to ensure flawless operations.
What This Role Will Do- Perform the load‑in and load‑out of band equipment and rental gear.
- Secure required passes and tickets, preparing guest lists under the direction of the Stage Manager.
- Assist audio and lighting crew with cabling and equipment setup.
- Manage band set changes and ensure all band members have the required items for each show.
- Communicate evening‑event details to production crew.
- Hang show banners, update marquees and other venue signage.
- Coordinate food trays for the band in the Music Hall.
- Operate spotlight and other lighting functions as directed by the Stage Manager or Project Manager.
- Maintain and repair sound, light, and stage equipment.
- Assist the Stage Manager with show passes.
- Secure House Backline and supplies, and maintain curtains, drapes, risers, and other staging items.
- Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc., and lighting crew with fixtures, gels, and cabling.
- Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean manner.
- Support special‑event operations.
- Ensure stage trash is removed and the area is prepared for the next show.
- At least 3 years of tour and stage production experience.
- Experience with stage lighting, pro‑audio systems, and basic video systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College Degree.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
