American Cruise Lines is seeking a Cruise Director for our 2026 season to lead shipboard entertainment, presentations and guest interactions. The role requires energetic, polished presentation skills and a collaborative leadership approach on a multi‑week onboard schedule.
The Cruise Director will coordinate with guests, speakers and entertainers, manage daily announcements, and ensure a top-tier guest experience while reporting to the Hotel Manager. This is a full‑time onboard position.
