CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Producer to join our Shared Development Services team and support the development of major AAA titles through reliable, scalable technical services.

The role will focus on production support for our sound effects and music teams. You will work closely with our audio director, lead sound designer, producers, sound and music teams both in Warsaw and Boston to maintain one global vision, roadmap, and service approach.

You will report to the Lead Producer of our Shared Development Services group.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Translate audio priorities and project needs into clear, executable production plans, balancing quality, schedules, resources, dependencies, and technical constraints.
  • Provide structure, visibility, and proactive risk management across multiple projects, internal stakeholders, and external partners acting as a key production point of contact.
  • Partner with global audio leadership and cross-functional development teams to define scope, priorities, dependencies, resources, milestones, and technical roadmaps.
  • Work with audio teams and producers across North America, Warsaw, and supported projects to maintain one shared audio strategy, aligning technical initiatives, tooling, workflows, and production standards.
  • Act as a primary production point of contact between SDS, supported game teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring transparency around requests, priorities, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
  • Coordinate external resource planning, vendor-spend tracking, and contract-related coordination with relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain essential production documentation, including roadmaps, schedules, status reporting, risk and dependency tracking, and decision records.
  • Advocate for effective cross-project and SDS decision-making in the audio domain by bringing relevant context, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs into key discussions.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager supporting music, sound design, or other audio production within the games, film, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Hands-on experience planning, managing, and tracking projects or initiatives within structured development pipelines, including scope, scheduling, resources, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • Experience working in a multi-project environment, managing competing priorities, shared resources, and dependencies across teams or initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating external partners, outsourcing, or co-development teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-cultural, and time-zone-distributed teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to blockers, changing priorities, and unforeseen issues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with project tracking, communication, and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
