Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager pay up to $140,000/yr + 15% bonus What to know:

• Payoff up to $140k/year
• 15% bonus target
• Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office and 2 days remote
• Mondays and Wednesdays mandatory in-office

• Oversee property-level accounting and work with 3rd party property teams
• Review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports, budgets, rent rolls, and cash management
• Approve operating and tax escalations, annual estimates, and reconciliations
• Handle loan compliance, including mortgage payments and lender reporting
• Prepare unaudited and audited financial statements, including footnotes (fair value and tax basis)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
• 5+ years of property accounting experience (commercial real estate preferred)
• Experience with Funds and/or Joint Ventures, including fair value GAAP and tax accounting
• Proficiency with tenant recoveries (CAM), waterfall calculations, and audit preparation
• Proficiency in financial software systems; MRI experience is a plus
