About the RoleThe BRG Transaction Advisory practice is seeking professionals due to client and market opportunities. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience, expertise in financial modeling, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Professional certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus.
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day activities of client service teams in buy/sell diligence engagements.
- Lead report and presentation preparation.
- Assist in deal structuring and purchase price adjustments.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to achieve engagement objectives.
- Participate in marketing and practice development activities.
