The Atlantic Group has partnered with a top private equity firm in Boston that is looking for a talented Senior Finance Associate to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage quarterly US GAAP-based financial reports
• Coordinate and support annual US GAAP audits
• Conduct valuations and ensure accuracy
• Manage capital calls and distributions processes
• Oversee cash management activities
• Assist with investor relations initiatives
• Document and analyze investment transactions comprehensively
• Perform carry calculations with precision
• Take on various ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, preferred major in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred
• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with external parties and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build efficient templates from scratch (macros experience not required).
