A global healthcare organization is seeking a Finance Systems & Reporting Manager. This role owns the Financial Planning & Reporting tool, partners with finance teams globally, and drives system improvements, and automation.
Responsibilities- Own and enhance Adaptive for planning, reporting, and integrations
- Drive automation and process improvements with global finance partners
- Develop and deliver system training and ensure compliance
- Partner with enterprise project teams on finance systems initiatives and roadmap planning
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of finance or FP&A systems experience
- Hands-on experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive preferred)
- Previous FP&A experience in the pharmaceutical industry
