Known for its deep sector expertise and long-standing relationships with founders, operators, and private equity investors, the firm has built a strong reputation for executing high-impact transactions and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, analytical professional to gain hands-on experience in healthcare M&A within a highly respected, entrepreneurial platform. The firm prides itself on maintaining a collaborative culture that promotes professional growth and a healthy work-life balance. Rare in today’s investment banking landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of M&A transactions and strategic advisory projects, including detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence support.
  • Prepare pitch materials, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and other client deliverables.
  • Conduct in-depth research on healthcare industry trends, company performance, and competitive landscapes to support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members and clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Contribute to an environment that encourages learning, mentorship, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of full-time Investment Banking or Consultancy experience, ideally with exposure to M&A or capital markets transactions.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis), and accounting.
  • Experience drafting marketing materials such as CIMs, pitch decks, and client presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to build a long-term career within healthcare investment banking
