Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Associate (Investment Operations) in Boston, MA for our client, supporting transaction execution and ongoing investment operations across private equity investments. This role focuses on managing deal‑related operational workflows for acquisitions, add‑ons, restructurings, and exits, while overseeing SPV activity, capital movements, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

• Transaction & Deal Operations: Support operational execution for acquisitions, add‑ons, restructurings, and exits, including bank setup, funding logistics, wire coordination, and cross‑functional communication.
• Deal Execution & Data Integrity: Partner with investment teams and external advisors to manage deal workflows, ensuring accurate documentation, data integrity, and timely approvals.
• SPV & Capital Management: Execute capital calls and distributions, oversee SPV entities, and monitor cash balances and liquidity across deal structures.
• Reporting, Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with fund administrators to support financial statements, quarterly reporting, annual audits, tax processes, and regulatory filings.
• Custody, Payments & Oversight: Manage custody operations, process deal‑related expenses, track fees, and respond to Limited Partner inquiries related to SPVs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• Experience: 3‑5 years of experience in private equity, investment operations, investment banking, transaction services, consulting, or a related investment‑focused environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, SPVs, capital calls, distributions, and deal lifecycle processes.
