Partner Operations Associate - PE Firm

We are looking for an operations associate to join a highly regarded global alternative investment platform. This role sits within a specialized internal finance group that supports senior partners with investment reporting, treasury activity, and operational oversight across a broad range of alternative investment vehicles.

You’ll play a hands‑on role in investment reporting, cash and capital activity, and coordination with external managers and administrators, while partnering closely with internal teams across finance, tax, legal, and operations.

• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc investment reporting, including valuation and performance summaries
• Manage cash and capital activity, including investment wires, liquidity movements, and reconciliations
• Serve as a point of contact with external fund managers and administrators for reporting and information requests
• Support new investment onboarding, including documentation, tracking commitments, and system setup
• Reconcile capital activity and partner with internal accounting teams to ensure accuracy across reporting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, tax, legal, compliance, and operations
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within reporting and operational workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial services (public accounting or asset management exposure a plus)
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze data accurately
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Professional communicator comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external parties
• Strong interest in the operational and financial side of alternative investments
