A well-established, Boston-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Service Associate (CSA)to join its growing team. This role is ideal for an individual interested in building a long-term career in wealth management, with the opportunity to develop toward a future Financial Advisor position within the RIA environment.

Position Overview

The Client Service Associate provides essential support to Advisors and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience. This position works closely with Advisors to manage client service needs, support portfolio administration, and assist with the preparation of client-facing materials, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Advisors by managing client communications, inquiries, and day-to-day service requests
  • Assist with portfolio administration, account maintenance, and related operational tasks
  • Collaborate with Advisors to prepare client presentations and financial planning materials
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests in accordance with firm and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Advisors to ensure a seamless and professional client experience
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in client service or financial services preferred; junior-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
  • Licenses not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career as a Financial Advisor
  • Initial expectation of five days per week in the Boston office during training and onboarding
  • Potential to transition to a hybrid schedule upon successful completion of training (role may remain fully in-office depending on Advisor support needs)
