• Conduct deep, bottoms‑up fundamental research on companies within Industrials and adjacent sectors
• Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models incorporating company, industry, and macro inputs
• Develop targeted industry expertise and stay current on sector trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts
• Engage directly with management teams, industry experts, and other key stakeholders to inform investment views
• Present investment recommendations with clear, data‑driven theses

Candidates must have one of the following minimum profiles:

• 2 years Investment Banking + 2 years Private Equity

• 2 years Investment Banking + any number of years Sell‑Side Equity Research

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong modeling capabilities with assumptions grounded in research and data
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high sense of ownership
