This individual will serve as the financial point‑person for operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, CAM recoveries, audits, and loan compliance. • Manage end-to-end accounting for commercial real estate properties
• Lead CAM recovery calculations and tenant reconciliations
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, including year‑end audit documentation
• Handle loan compliance reporting, covenant calculations, and draw packages
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain accuracy and transparency in financial reporting

• 5+ years of property accounting experience in commercial real estate
• Demonstrated expertise in CAM recoveries and year‑end audit preparation
• Direct experience with loan compliance reporting and financial covenants

• CAM (Common Area Maintenance) recoveries and reconciliations
• Audit preparation and financial statement reporting
• Loan compliance and covenant tracking
