Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support energy trading and operations through accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory reporting. This role plays a critical part in managing complex filings, analyzing large datasets, and ensuring alignment with federal and industry regulatory standards. This is an onsite position based in Suffolk County, MA.

Starting at $115,000/year.

• Manage the preparation, validation, and submission of regulatory filings across trading, operational, and contractual reporting requirements
• Ensure ongoing compliance with FERC, EIA, WREGIS, and other applicable regulatory bodies
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and support internal and external audits as needed
• Analyze complex power transactions and reconcile large datasets to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness
• Identify reporting risks and proactively resolve discrepancies or data issues

• At least 7 years of experience in the energy industry with a strong focus on regulatory reporting or compliance
• Hands‑on experience with FERC, EIA, WREGIS, or similar regulatory frameworks
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
• Ability to interpret complex transaction data and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience driving process improvements and working cross‑functionally
